Our animals spend 100% of their lives on clean fresh pastures with access to natural mineral salt, clean water, and are finished on forage, alone. No feedlot, no grain truck. The health benefits of grass-finished beef are well-studied - we encourage you to do your own homework!


Drug and Hormone Free

We avoid the use of antibiotics, steroids, and hormones of any kind, and instead rely on intensive rotational grazing management, good animal husbandry, and natural genetic selection to build a herd that thrives without these inputs, and is naturally adapted to our specific environment.


Custom Butchering

Our processing is performed at a small local family owned USDA inspected facility, that conducts a custom 14-day dry-aging process for us, and vacuum seals your steaks and whole cuts for extended freezer life.

Eighth Beef - $15/lb

You asked, and we listened! Newly available for our 2024 spring run, we are offering smaller 1/8 beef packages, perfect for those with more limited freezer space.

+/- 45 lbs | 2-3 CF freezer space recommended.

Approximately half ground beef (in 1lb packages), and half steaks and roasts. These are true 1/8 of a whole beef (not a “beef box”), which means you’re getting to sample as close to the full spectrum of our complete offering of cuts as possible.

Quarter Beef - $14/lb

Perfect for the lone ranger, or a couple who eats less than an average amount of beef in a year.

+/- 90 lbs | 4-5 CF freezer space recommended.

Approximately half ground beef (in 1lb packages), and half steaks and roasts (short ribs, NY strip, filet mignon, ribeye, flank steak, skirt steak, denver steak, hangar steak, osso-bucco, oxtail, chuck roast, etc.)

Half Beef - $13/lb

Perfect for a couple, or small family.

+/- 180 lbs | 8-10 CF freezer space recommended.

 Approximately half ground beef (in 1lb packages) and half steaks and roasts (short ribs, NY strip, filet mignon, ribeye, flank steak, skirt steak, denver steak, hangar steak, osso-bucco, oxtail, brisket, chuck roast, etc.)

Whole Beef - $12/lb

Perfect for an average family of 4 or larger. When you order a “whole beef”, you have the option of filling out your custom butchering instructions. choose your cuts!

+/- 360 lbs | 16-20 CF freezer space recommended.

Get your freezer space ready! We will contact you approximately 2-4 weeks before your beef will be ready.

Delivery

Giddy up! Your beef is on the way. Schedule delivery to your home or come on down to the ranch for pickup.

Because grass-finished beef is a slow-food process, deposits are non-refundable. If however, we are unable to deliver your beef for any reason or fault of our own, we will refund you your deposit. We treat our customers fairly, like family.
